The Fundriver Impact team includes Donor Relations and fundraising experts who understand your needs and goals.
Our team works closely with you to ensure a smooth transition from your current process to managing your donor report creation and delivery in Impact. They also provide extensive training on our platform so that you know how to access and enter all of the data you need to manage your endowment fund reporting.
After implementation, ongoing support is available to answer questions, provide guidance, and assist with software use. All users have access to support via email, phone and a ticketing system. In addition, our Fundriver Impact knowledge base contains articles and videos on report options, best practices and how-to’s.
