The Fundriver Balance team includes endowment accounting experts with an average of 10 years of experience who understand your needs and goals. 

Our Onboarding Advisors work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition from your spreadsheets or legacy endowment accounting system.  

After implementation, ongoing support is available to answer questions, provide guidance, and assist with software use.  All users have access to support via email, phone and a ticketing system, as well as access to our robust knowledge base.

Each organization receives one free hour of training to help new users get up to speed or work on enhancing specific skills in the software. A video series is also available for self-guided instruction.
