Bruce joined Fundriver in 2018 and oversees the ongoing development and maintenance of the application codebase and architecture. After receiving his first computer in grade school he wrote his first program. After completing his service in the U.S. Navy and varying career paths, he found his true passion in the area of Information Technology, recognized serendipitously as he created an essential process improvement product in an unrelated field.
Bruce’s 20+ year career in IT began as an IT consultant working in many diverse shops and gaining valuable knowledge. He describes himself as a “true geek” and enthusiast for his career and technology, including reading technical manuals for fun!
Working at Fundriver is like working with my best friends, doing what we love to do for people we care about.
Bruce and his wife Marilyn, have five adult children and nine grandchildren (who are all spoiled and sent home with a sugar rush). He and his twin sister were adopted at 2 years old and grew up on a horse farm in East Ohio. Bruce has many hobbies including beer brewing, woodworking, gardening and riding his Indian Scout motorcycle.
