REMOTE, FULL-TIME CLIENT EXPERIENCE COORDINATOR POSITION AVAILABLE!

Fundriver, a fast paced, entrepreneurial technology solutions company, is looking for a full-time Client Experience Coordinator.  Looking for candidates who thrive in a collaborative virtual environment working from home.  As a small, growing company, Fundriver employees participate in decisions about how the business operates and contribute directly to Fundriver’s growth.

About the role:

At Fundriver, as a Client Experience Coordinator, you’ll provide operational support to the Client Experience Team, helping to enhance productivity and efficiency while creating an engaging and supportive client experience for all Balance and Impact clients. You’ll work collaboratively within the Client Experience model to ensure that clients receive prompt and thorough assistance with their Onboarding and Inbound Support needs.

Some of the things you'll do:

  • Triage inbound support tickets, proactively assigning to members of the Client Experience Team
  • Assist with Tier 1 inbound and onboarding tickets, delivering effective and efficient client communication, following established guidelines, and tracking all necessary documentation within the ticketing system
  • Provide support to the Client Experience Team with client needs and behind-the-scenes processing
  • Maintain information, procedures, and processes within the external and internal Knowledge Bases to ensure that they are highly functional and relevant for end users
  • Document client-specific processes within the ticketing system and Knowledge Base
    • Assist with the research, implementation and upkeep of new tools to help to better support the Client Experience Team and our clients more efficiently
    • Participate and be present in team huddles by actively contributing and providing discussion points/feedback
  • Help to facilitate team huddles to assess workload, share ideas, and address bottlenecks; compile meeting notes
  • Assist with internal projects, objectives and key results (OKRs), and annual initiatives as needed/assigned
  • Aid with the coordination and execution of team professional development training

We're looking for someone who has experience:

  • Associate’s degree
  • At least three years in a professional business environment, preferably working in a client-facing role
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience working in a client-facing role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail; must be able to monitor several clients’ needs
  • Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
  • A natural curiosity and desire to learn
